Account Security

See every door left open

Your account is a list of devices, sessions and recovery paths, not just a password. We show you all of it and let you close any of it in a tap.

Controls

Four things you can see and revoke yourself

No call to a branch or a hold-music queue is needed for any of these — each is a self-service action inside the app.

Device register

Every phone, browser and app install that has ever signed in, with its first and last-seen dates.

Active sessions

End any session remotely, including on a device that's since been lost or sold.

Tiered recovery

Lose your phone and your passkey and you still regain access through identity verification, not an SMS reset.

Secure messaging

An encrypted channel to our security team, separate from ordinary customer service chat.

Recovery

Recovery designed to resist a convincing impersonator

The weakest point in most account takeovers is the recovery flow. Ours adds friction exactly there, while staying fast for the genuine owner.

  • No SMS-only recovery

A text message alone can never regain access to your account — it must be paired with a second, independent factor.

  • Video identity check

If both your device and passkey are unavailable, a short video call with a document check restores access.

  • 72-hour cooling period

Recovery that changes your registered phone or email applies a 72-hour delay before it takes effect, with alerts to all prior contact details.

  • Recovery activity log

Every recovery attempt, successful or not, is visible in your security log indefinitely.
