Controls
Four ways to shrink what a lost card can do
Each control is set per card, changes take effect immediately, and every change is logged against your device and session.
Instant freeze
Freeze or unfreeze any card from the app in under a second — no branch or call required.
Category & merchant limits
Block or allow spending by category — gambling, online, ATM — or lock a card to a single merchant.
Geographic fencing
Restrict a card to your home country, or open it for named countries ahead of travel.
3-D Secure on every purchase
Online transactions are confirmed with Face ID, a fingerprint or a passkey, not an SMS code alone.
Limits
Set the ceiling before you need it
Limits apply per card and per twenty-four hours, and can be lowered instantly or raised with a short cooling-off period.
Daily spend limit
Set a hard ceiling on card-present and card-not-present spend, editable at any time.
ATM withdrawal limit
A separate, lower default limit for cash withdrawals, with a 24-hour delay on any increase.
Single-transaction cap
Cap the size of any one purchase independent of your daily total — useful for shared or child cards.
Contactless cap
Require a PIN above a chosen contactless amount, tighter than the scheme default of £100.
